What is better in track and field discus, javalan, or shot put?

Question: i lack to try out for track and field. And i want to do something that will be easy but not to easy.and is their anything that i can do to make me better at it?

Answer: I would stand up for shot and discus. Jav would still be okay, but a lot of schools don't have that program.
