Here are some coaching tips softball players to use with your na. Many of my young players have not had much instruction yesteryear hit.

To make best use of our small 1 1 / 2 hour workouts, I'm using a post-procedure 4 to keep alive and make a lot of repetitions. It only load 3-4 adults (we use coaches softball and 2 1 or 2 volunteers old man), and if we were to occur, 2 hitting "nets". Each spot lasts 5 minutes.
