Question: Is there a way to get off of the D-crease to get a good rush, in this flag football league you can not use ur hands, you have to bull commotion. So is there a technique anyone knows or a site to get good pressure on the QB?

YMCA to offer NFL Flag Football League for kids | Football News Update

Merrimack YMCA is pleased to introduce a co-ed NFL Flag Football guild for boys and girls aged 5-12 years. The program is designed so that each subject plays the game the coaches focus on teaching decent clear thinking and honor as they occur each employee to help and to exalt their flag football skills. Participants will also have an opening to pounce on new friends and have fun while enjoying the adventurous. The plot is April 3 and will last 12 weeks ending June 19, 2010.
