Gait/DeBeer has been manufacturing lacrosse products for decades and this Upstate NY retinue has maintained a adjacency in my slighting lacrosse way of life for over 15 years.  A few years back, I heard they were coming out with a helmet and I was in reality active because:

1) I had grown to like their products (like the Triton van: one of my all-notwithstanding favorites)
