Difference between compression shorts with cup and sliding shorts with cup in baseball?
Question: What is the rest because I dont get it. Also if I buy one of them do I need the other one for baseball.
Answer: Sliding shorts are conventionally more padded in the seat and hamstring area. No need for both. If you are more of a pitcher go w/the compression. If a bent player who will be running the bases more, go with sliding pants.
